"Staff were all lovely, very welcoming and squeezed me in quickly in a busy day which was very kind. Very underwhelmed by my hair cut as I simply went in for a grade 1 all over shave. I had to tell the hairdresser to go over it several times after they had finished as it was patchy, and when I got home I realised there were still loads of long bits left at the back. I had to ask my partner to cut them with some scissors. For £11 for a grade 1 I didn’t want to have to go home and do it again myself."
